MODERN DAY STATISTICS
Throughout the 20th century, the formation of accurate apparatus for public health concerns (biostatistics, epidemiology, and so on…) and economic and social uses (unemployment rate, econometry, etc.) required great improvements in statistical systems. After World War I the Western welfare states were created which needed to have certain intelligence on the population.
The use of statistical methods today has widened far greater than the beginning as a state or government service. Persons and institutes apply statistics to understand data and make well-versed judgment during the social and natural sciences, business, medicine, and different fields.
Mostly statistics are seen not to be a sub field of mathematics instead a specific, as well as associated, area. A rising number of universities maintain their own individual mathematics and statistics departments. As well statistics are also being taught in departments as varied as education, psychology, and health.
